A Fifth Dimension?

Artificial intelligence is probably a fifth dimension in personal and professional terms

Anyone who knows me knows that I'm immersed in Artificial Intelligence to understand what can be done concretely in terms of business. With every new development, there's a lot of buzz, rumors, speculation, and not much results.

It's different with AI, for the opposite reason: all the buzz, speculation, and rumors don't show what AI will actually be capable of. We've barely scratched the surface of this topic. First, I concluded that it gives us superpowers by allowing clones of what we do in real time.

Now, I've concluded that it's a new dimension. In addition to width, height, and depth, we have time, the fourth dimension, and AI generates a fifth dimension by allowing things to be done simultaneously with what we do and even finish things before us. In other words, it operates in a relationship with space-time independent of our own, as if it were possible to transcend our reality. It's no wonder Google claims to have contacted other universes with its quantum computer.

Translating what AI can do with a quantum computer into reality is conceptually completely abstract, yet also completely real. Those who enjoy imagining unknown horizons are about to see it with their own eyes.

In practical terms, it seems that there are more AIs than demand, but the reality is different: despite the impressive number, which doubles every day, it's not the quantity that matters, but which ones will be able to evolve optimally. Of the more than 20 I tested, some really caught my attention:

. Abacus.ai - fast, accurate, and comprehensive. A Deep Agent (which accesses and integrates different systems and tasks), it's capable of understanding simple prompts and, despite being created for financial applications, it performs apps and webapps very well. It's also economical in terms of credits.

. Rocket.new - the first deep agent I tried, its ability to understand and develop high-quality, comprehensive applications is also impressive. It's a bit expensive in terms of credits, but the investment is worth it.

. Gemini 2.5 - Google's suite is very powerful, with Nano Banana for images, Veo 3 for videos, and Deep Research for in-depth research. It's the one I use most for its versatility and final quality, but it's not resting on its laurels.

. ChatGPT 5 - Also impressive, but for my use, less useful than Gemini 2.5. And more expensive too.

. Gamma.app - Excellent for PowerPoint presentations. I recommend it.

. Genspark.ai - Very fast, affordable, and reliable, it produces images from scratch or from high-quality photos. It still needs to perfect its research, but I recommend trying it.

These AIs solve the problems of 90% of businesses, and that doesn't mean you should settle for them, just as I don't. They are ways to delve deeper into AIs without going crazy trying to figure out which one is best. Let's remember that a need for automation or technology always stems from a business need, and when that need isn't fully understood, no tool can solve it. So, use it to better understand your own needs.

I couldn't help but mention my disappointment with tools like Adobe. A pioneer in so many things, it introduced its AI ideas a few years ago, but comfortable with its success, it thought it could control the timing. Apparently, they haven't learned anything from the death of Flash (they thought Apple would be alone in the fight), and in recent years, it was already losing ground to tools like Canva. Now, they've struggled badly with AI and have, arguably, the worst delivery on the market, with the highest price tag. They're so stuck in their own world that they're unable to keep up with the market.
