Distance learning in check (A EAD em xeque)

Brazil has the most advanced banking system in the world.

Yet millions live outside of it because five banks control 95% of the market.

But our greatest paradox lies in education.

We are currently witnessing a deliberate dismantling of distance learning.

The same legislators who abandoned schools during the pandemic, providing meager guidelines, now want to control the evolution of education.

They claim concerns about the quality of learning. But quality isn't the real motivation.

Control is.

Traditional schools ignored digital transformation for years.

When the pandemic hit, they failed.

Now they blame the methodology. Not the lack of preparation. Not the resistance to change. Not the poor use of available technological resources. Not the total disregard for student learning.

Distance learning works. This has been proven for over 100 years.

It reduces inequality. It expands access. But it threatens the status quo. It requires constant investment and evolution. It gives students a voice. Everything traditional education hates.

That's why they fight against computers, the internet, cell phones, Artificial Intelligence, and any other tool that takes away control of the process.

The truth?

We're paying them to keep our own people uneducated.

Os mesmos legisladores que abandonaram as escolas durante a pandemia, fornecendo diretrizes pífias, agora querem controlar a evolução da educação.

Eles alegam preocupações com a qualidade do aprendizado. Mas a qualidade não é a verdadeira motivação.

O controle é.

As escolas tradicionais ignoraram a transformação digital por anos.
Quando a pandemia chegou, elas falharam.

Agora culpam a metodologia. Não a falta de preparo. Não a resistência à mudança. Não o uso precário dos recursos tecnológicos disponíveis. Não o total descaso com o aprendizado dos alunos.

A educação a distância funciona. Isso está comprovado há mais de 100 anos.

Reduz a desigualdade. Amplia o acesso. Mas ameaça o status quo. Obriga a investimento e evolução constantes. Dá voz ao aluno. Tudo o que a educação tradicional odeia.

Por isso lutam contra computador, Internet, celular, Inteligência Artificial e qualquer outra ferramenta que tire o controle do processo.

A verdade?

Estamos pagando para que mantenham nosso próprio povo sem educação.
